GENERAL
• I may post the finished commission (with watermark) on my social media.
If you’d like to keep it private, please let me know in advance, and I will hold off until you approve.
• All commissions are completed by me alone. Please understand that delays may occur depending on the queue.
• Up to 3 major revisions are allowed during the sketch phase for free.
Please avoid requesting major changes once the line art has begun, as additional fees will apply.
• If I make a crucial mistake (e.g. incorrect colors despite a clear reference being provided), I will fix it free of charge.
• Please provide clear references and include as many details as possible. This helps me deliver the best result for you.
• My work may not be used for AI training, machine learning, or similar purposes.


I DO
• Original Characters – OCs / VTubers
• Fanart (in my style)
• Simple assets (stuffed animals, drinks, food, etc.)
• Soft NSFW


I DON’T
• Mecha
• Guns
• Futuristic designs (Sci-Fi)


PAYMENTS
• All commissions must be paid in full, upfront.
• Prices may vary depending on complexity, details, or intended use (e.g. commercial use or monetized content).


REVISIONS
• Rough drafts may be heavily revised up to 3 times for free.
• Sketches may be heavily revised once for free.
• Once the lineart phase has begun, major revisions will incur an additional fee.


*Notes
• Heavy revisions include changes such as pose adjustments or other significant alterations.
• Small revisions (e.g. accessory tweaks or minor details) are free before the lineart process.
• Certain small fixes may still be done for free even after the lineart phase. You are always welcome to ask, I will let you know if it can be done free of charge.


DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• I will provide an estimated completion date for your commission. If I have no other work in the queue, it usually takes less than 1–4 weeks to finish, and sometimes even faster (under 1 week).
• Please let me know if you have a specific deadline in mind.
• Rush orders are accepted with an additional fee. However, I will inform you in advance if a rush order is not possible before payment is made.


USE
Personal Use :
• SNS icons / headers
• Creating personal merchandise that is not intended for profit
• Any usage primarily for personal enjoyment


Commercial Use :
• Merchandise intended for sale
• Giveaway items
• Patreon / Membership rewards
• Artwork used for music on streaming platforms
• Advertisements and promotional material
• Any usage intended to increase sales, profit, or followers


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• Do not resell or modify my work without prior agreement.
• Do not use my artwork for AI training, machine learning, or generate derivative works through such technologies.
• Do not claim the commissioned artwork as your own.
• Do not copy or trace my work.
• Do not heavily alter the artwork without my permission (simple edits such as filters are acceptable).
• Do not use the commission for commercial purposes unless you have purchased the "Commercial Use" rights.
(For example: using it on streams is fine, but producing merchandise is not.)


REFUNDS
• Full refund : If I have not made any progress on your commission.
• Partial refund : If I have completed the sketch but fail to deliver the finished artwork by the agreed deadline.
• No refund : If the commission has already been completed, or if the deadline has not yet passed.


Type the code “suichankyoumokawaii” in the chat to receive a one-time discount as confirmation that you have read all of my Terms of Service. This code can only be used once.


COMMUNICATION
• All communication will primarily take place through vtubers.id or discord.
• You are welcome to ask for updates, WIPs, or an estimated time of completion. I will also inform you if there are any changes to the timeline.
• My replies may not always be immediate, but I will do my best to keep you updated on my progress (e.g. Sketch, Lineart, Coloring, etc.).
